All bookings are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions and by confirming your booking you accept that these terms and conditions will apply.

  4. The rates quoted are in New Zealand Currency.

  5.  Should additional kilometres or time be incurred on the day of the hire by the hirer, the Company reserves the right to adjust the quoted rate accordingly. The quotation is given on the understanding that the driving hours comply with current legislation. This being as follows:

  •  Drivers must take a break of not less than 30 minutes after 5.5 hours of work time.

  2. Guthreys require a deposit payment of 20% of total quote or $100 non-refundable deposit (whichever is greater). If Deposit is not received within 3 working days of your acceptance, GCL reserves the right to cancel booking without notice.
